Nest & Nurture Midwifery Services offers home-based antenatal and postnatal care throughout Quinns Rocks and Perth's Northern Suburbs.
As an Endorsed Midwife, I can request your pregnancy and postnatal blood tests and ultrasound referrals, providing continuity of care throughout your journey.

Initial Pregnancy Appointment
40–60 minutes | $100 out-of-pocket
Your first appointment is recommended between 6–8 weeks of pregnancy.
This comprehensive consultation includes:

A detailed medical, pregnancy and family history

Discussion of your pregnancy journey and individual needs

Planning your ongoing care

Ordering pathology and ultrasound referrals where required

Time to answer your questions and provide personalised support

Routine Antenatal Appointments
30–40 minutes | $50 out-of-pocket
These appointments are tailored to your stage of pregnancy and include:

Monitoring your health and wellbeing

Assessing your baby's growth and development

Blood pressure and routine pregnancy assessments

Education and evidence-based information

Answering questions and addressing any concerns

Birth Preparation Appointment
60–90 minutes | $75 out-of-pocket
Around 36 weeks, you and your chosen support person are invited to attend a longer appointment to prepare for labour and birth.
Together we'll discuss:

What to expect during labour and birth

Comfort measures and coping strategies

When to contact your care providers

Infant feeding and early parenting preparation

A dedicated appointment to support your transition into parenthood, including:

Ongoing Postnatal Appointments
30–40 minutes | $50 out-of-pocket
Follow-up visits focus on both you and your baby's ongoing wellbeing.
These appointments may include:

Answering any questions as your confidence grows
Private Health Insurance
If you hold eligible private health insurance with pregnancy and postnatal cover, you may be able to claim a portion of your appointment fees. Please check with your individual health fund to determine your level of cover.
